Every material in this universe needs a certain amount of refinement or culture to utilize it according to our needs. If we take any useful metal say Iron, Copper, Silver or Gold; they need to be refined and cannot be utilised when it is directly taken. In a Similar way, every human soul need to undergo a refinement to make him/her admirable in society and to realize the objective of Life. While different Sanskars and daily rituals refine the individual souls; the Yagas/Yajnas refine the Society.
